Brian K. Ross hails from Columbus, Georgia and received his Bachelor's degree from Florida A & M University in Tallahassee, Florida . Upon graduation, Mr. Ross served as a Field Artillery officer in the United States Army. Following successful deployments to Saudi Arabia and Kuwait , Mr. Ross left the Army to attend the University of Georgia School of Law, where he excelled in courtroom advocacy and was inducted into the Order of Barristers honors organization.

Mr. Ross began the practice of law as a prosecuting attorney in the Newton County District Attorney's Office. As an Assistant District Attorney, Mr. Ross prosecuted literally thousands of cases, including armed robbery, drug trafficking, and sex crimes jury trials.

Mr. Ross entered the private practice of law in June, 2003, and since that time has focused his practice in the areas of personal injury, wrongful death, premises liability, workers' compensation and criminal defense. Mr. Ross handles matters in all state and appellate courts of Georgia and is also admitted to practice in the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia. Mr. Ross is an active member of the Georgia Trial Lawyers Association and the Georgia Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and appears frequently in court on heavily contested matters.
