Brian K. Ross hails from Columbus, Georgia and received his Bachelor's degree from Florida A & M University in Tallahassee, Florida . Upon graduation, Mr. Ross served our country as a Field Artillery officer in the United States Army. Following successful deployments to Saudi Arabia and Kuwait , Mr. Ross left the Army to attend the University of Georgia School of Law, where he excelled in courtroom advocacy and was inducted into the Order of Barristers honors organization.  

Mr. Ross began the practice of law as a prosecuting attorney in the Newton County District Attorney's Office. As an Assistant District Attorney, Mr. Ross prosecuted literally thousands of cases, including major felony rape, drug trafficking, and armed robbery jury trials.  

Mr. Ross entered the private practice of law in June, 2004, and since that time has focused on criminal defense, personal injury, and family law. Mr. Ross handles matters in all state and appellate courts of Georgia and is also admitted to the United States District Court for the Northern District of Georgia. Mr. Ross is an active member of the Georgia Association of Criminal Defense Lawyers and appears frequently in court on heavily contested matters. Attorney Brian K.
